AFC Asian Cup 2023: All football scores, results and standings - full list (2024)

The AFC Asian Cup 2023, won by hosts Qatar, took place from 12 January to 10 February, 2024.

Qatar claimed their second AFC Asian Cup title having also won it in 2019 in the United Arab Emirates. Qatar hosted Asia's showpiece men's football tournament for a third time having previously done so in 1988 and 2011.

The 24 teams were split into six groups of four with the top two in each - plus the four best third-placed sides - going through to the Round of 16.

The groups at the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 in 2024 were:

Group A: Qatar; People's Republic of China; Tajikistan; Lebanon

Group B: Australia; Uzbekistan; Syria; India

Group C: Iran; United Arab Emirates; Hong Kong, China; Palestine

Group D: Japan; Indonesia; Iraq; Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Group E: Republic of Korea; Malaysia; Jordan; Bahrain

Group F: Saudi Arabia. Thailand, Kyrgyzstan; Oman

Lusail Stadium staged just two matches: the tournament opener between the hosts and Lebanon, and the final.
